TBRS Submax
Privacy Policy

The short version: TBRS Submax does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google.
1. Who we are
TBRS Submax ("the App") is published by the University of Kansas Medical Center ("we," "us"). This policy describes our privacy practices for the App on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any information from the App. Specifically, the App does not:
- Ask you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number;
- Collect usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic data;
- Track you across other apps or websites;
- Access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera;
- Use advertising networks or serve ads.
All app content is displayed on your device, and no personal data is transmitted to our servers.
3. Subscriptions and payments
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription. All payment processing is handled by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We never receive, store, or have access to your payment details. Purchase management, billing history, cancellation, and refunds are all handled through your store account.

4. Third-party links and content
The App may contain links to external content, such as instructional videos, that open outside the App (for example, in your browser or the YouTube app). Once you leave the App, the privacy policy of that third-party service applies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external services you visit.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and because we collect no data from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
If our data practices ever change — for example, if a future version of the App introduces accounts or analytics — we will update this policy, revise the effective date above, and update the App's privacy details on the App Store and Google Play accordingly.
